If I have a car stereo aftermarket, I have to get a wiring harness of the vehicle by a new one?

I have a market accessories (Pioneer) car stereo in my jeep with a vehicle specific wiring. I'm getting a new car stereo (Alpine) and need know if I have to get another harness with the new Alpine stereo, or I can use my existing one? Thanks all in advance!
