I went to the chiropractor recently and got a massive bill. I need to figure out what the codes mean in order to be sure I'm not being charged for services I didn't receive. HELP!!!
Code: 97750 is described as "Phys prfrm test/measur w/report"
Code: 97110 is described as "Therap 1/> areas/ 15 min: exercises"
Code: E0730 is described as "Tens device 4/> leads mx nerve stim"
Code: E0941 is described as "Gravity asstd trac device any type"
If you can translate this to English I would really appreciate it! Thank you so much!!
