
Patty Dow is the founder of Dow Consulting Inc., a Phoenix-based environmental marketing firm specializing in corporate sustainability and Commuter Trip Reduction Programs. Patty combines over 15 years of marketing and environmental background with an extensive knowledge of regulatory issues to assist companies with establishing environmental programs in line with their corporate sustainability goals.
As a Commuter Trip Reduction Program Specialist, Patty has worked with Charles Schwab, Verizon, Qwest Communications and Honeywell to develop cost-effective programs that increase both regulatory compliance and employee participation. Over the last few years, she has seen the potential for enhanced utilization of environmental programs to increase employee satisfaction and establish companies as corporate “good citizens” within the community. By combining specific knowledge, processes and methodologies combined with creativity and wide vision, Patty works with companies to develop vibrant environmental programs that exemplify corporate excellence.
Patty graduated from Arizona State University with a combined Psychology and Marketing degree. She is a member of Psi Chi and the Golden Key Honor Society, as well as numerous environmental organizations including Valley Forward, The Carbon Footprint Forum, Corporate Social Responsibility Group, Arizonans Making a Global Difference and the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT). She is also active in both the Arizona Bulldog Club as well as The Dog Rescue Response Team.
In her free time, Patty enjoys yoga, rollerblading, attending wine tastings, and volunteering. She enjoys spending time with her teenage son Colton, a college student studying Religion and Philosophy, and their English Bulldog Clifford.
